• With clinical-study sponsors and CROs, only after you have signed an Informed Consent Form for a specific study
• With service providers who help us run our clinic and website (telephony, scheduling, hosting), under contract
• With Cloudflare, Inc. for bot and spam prevention: when you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile receives only an anti-bot challenge token and your IP address; it does not receive your health information.
